"Very disappointing experience with this insurance agent. The entire process felt sloppy, disorganized, poorly managed, and extremely unprofessional. Communication was terrible, follow-up was inconsistent, and getting clear answers about my insurance policy, coverage, quote, and next steps was unnecessarily difficult.

Customer service was lacking from beginning to end. I expected an insurance professional to be knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and attentive, but that was not my experience at all. There seemed to be very little attention to detail, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism.

If you are looking for a reliable insurance agent who provides good customer service, communicates clearly, follows up, and handles your policy professionally, I would personally look elsewhere. I would not recommend based on my experience."
